AMRAP Cardio Bench

AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15 Bench Press
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment: Bench, Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Make sure to pace yourself on the runs to conserve energy for the bench press, box jumps, and burpees. Push yourself to keep moving and see how many rounds you can complete within the time cap.
