Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • Medicine Ball Slam
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball Burpees
  • Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next
- Rest 1 minute between movements
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
