  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds max effort on the Peg Board
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible on the Peg Board during the 20-second work intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work.
- Scale the height of the Peg Board as needed for individual skill levels.
- Focus on quick, explosive movements to maximize your effort during each work interval.
