AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 GHD Sit-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 200 Meter Run

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 GHD Sit-ups, 15 Box Jumps, and a 200 meter run. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a consistent effort level.
