AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 250m SkiErg
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Push Press (dumbbells or barbell)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the SkiErg, burpees, air squats, and push press. Keep a steady pace on the SkiErg to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Scale movements and weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
