  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Burpees
  • 5 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
