  • 200 Meter Run

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible within the 15-minute time cap. Each round consists of 15 wall balls, a 200-meter run, 10 burpees, and another 200-meter run. Push yourself to keep moving and maintain a steady pace throughout the workout.
