- 100 Meter Sprint

- Slam Ball (Choose weight based on ability)
- Running shoes for sprints
Notes:
Complete 10 Slam Balls at the start of each minute, then immediately sprint 100 meters. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust reps or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
