Tabata Cardio RopeTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
- Double-unders
- Burpees
- Assault bike
- Rowing
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds at maximal effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving onto the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (32 intervals). Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps/calories completed across all movements.
