  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • Rowing
  • Burpees

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Go all out during the work intervals and push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout the entire Tabata workout.
