Tabata Cardio Dumbbell

Tabata Workout:


  • Dumbbell Thrusters (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Dumbbell Snatches (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Dumbbell Burpees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for proper form and intensity throughout the workout


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Try to maintain a consistent pace and push yourself during the work intervals.
