- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 10 Burpees

Instructions: Perform 10 dumbbell thrusters and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute if you finish before the next minute starts. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
