    • 20 seconds of max effort Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Box Jumps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to push yourself to jump as quickly as possible during each work interval.
