  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 15 Bench Press (155/105 lbs)
  • 1200 Meter Run
  • 10 Bench Press (185/135 lbs)

Bench: Use a standard bench with appropriate weights.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
