  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep a fast pace and push yourself during each work interval.
