AMRAP Cardio RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200m Row
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 10 Burpees
- 5 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed movements. Row 200m, then move on to 15 box jumps, 10 burpees, and finish with 5 toes-to-bar before starting the next round. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed within the time cap. Good luck!
