  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (sprint)
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set the Stationary Bike to a challenging resistance level for the sprints.
- Push yourself to maintain maximum effort during the 20 seconds of work.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each sprint.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work.
