Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
- 1. Bench Hops
- 2. Burpees
- 3. Bench Dips
- 4. Mountain Climbers


Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. This workout will test your cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning.
