  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Slam Ball Cleans
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Cleans during the 20 seconds of work, followed by as many Burpees as possible during the same time frame. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete 8 total rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
