EMOM Cardio Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete each round unbroken.
Note: Alternate between the dumbbell thrusters and burpees every minute on the minute for a total of 20 rounds. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
