  • Odd Minutes: 15 Bench Press
  • Even Minutes: 15 Box Jumps

Instructions: Perform 15 Bench Press reps on the odd minutes and 15 Box Jumps on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust weight and box height as needed.
