Tabata Cardio BoxTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest per exercise
- Box Jumps
- Burpees
- Rowing
- Double Unders
Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each exercise before moving to the next one.
- Score is total reps completed across all exercises.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round.
