  • Burpees
  • Dumbbell Snatches
  • Mountain Climbers

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise. Rest 1 minute between exercises. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
