  • Medicine Ball Slams x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists x 20 seconds

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds


Medicine Ball Weight: 20/14 lbs


Instructions: Perform each exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps completed for each exercise.
