Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Slam Ball Slams
    2. Burpees
    3. Air Squats
    4. Mountain Climbers

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
