Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each of the following:
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Burpees

Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of Kettlebell Swings, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of Burpees, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
