- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- 10 Box Jumps
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Box Height: Choose a box height that is challenging but allows you to safely complete the jumps.
Instructions: Start each minute with the 3 movements listed, completing all reps within the minute before resting the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps or weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
