EMOM Cardio Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Burpees


Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform 10 kettlebell swings and 10 burpees at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up. Adjust the weight of the kettlebell as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
