Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
    1. Slam Ball Slams
    2. Burpees
    3. Alternating Lunges
    4. Mountain Climbers

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Timer


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements.
- This workout will be high intensity, focusing on cardiovascular endurance and full body conditioning.
