AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Sit-ups

- Bench
- Box


Notes:
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete the 10 reps unbroken for at least the first few rounds.
- Scale the box height as needed to maintain proper form during box jumps.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed in the 20-minute time cap.
