    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of box jumps in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete a total of 8 rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work. Jump onto the box with both feet at the same time, ensuring you fully extend your hips at the top of the jump. Adjust the height of the box to your skill level.
