Instructions:
Perform max effort sprints on the SkiErg for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each interval.


Notes:
Make sure to properly warm up before starting this workout to prevent injury. Focus on driving through each pull on the SkiErg and maintaining good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
