    • 20 seconds of Rowing
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Instructions:
- Perform as many meters as possible during the 20-second intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for a full Tabata workout.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each interval.
