EMOM for 20 minutes:

- Minute 2: 15/12 Calorie Row

Instructions:
Perform 10 Bench Presses in the first minute, then hop on the rower and complete 15/12 calories in the second minute. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
