  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
    • Assault Bike
    • GHD Sit-ups

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike and 20 seconds of max effort on the GHD Sit-ups, resting for 10 seconds in between each movement.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds on each movement).
- Score is total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of GHD Sit-ups combined.
