EMOM Cardio Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 12 Wall Balls
- 10 Burpees


Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, complete 12 wall balls and 10 burpees.
- Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- This workout will challenge both your cardiovascular endurance and strength.
- Adjust the rep scheme if needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
