AMRAP Cardio Slam Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20 Mountain Climbers

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Run 200 meters after each set of slam balls and burpees. Keep a steady pace and push through the cardio intervals.
