Tabata Cardio Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
    • Peg Board Climbs
    • Assault Bike Sprints
    • Burpees
    • Rowing

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 8 rounds of the Tabata protocol, alternating between movements. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps/calories completed across all movements.

This workout is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance to the limit. Pace yourself in the early rounds to ensure you can maintain intensity throughout the entire Tabata protocol.
