  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 400 Meter Run

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg for men, 16kg for women
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
