  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Assault Bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Set up an Assault Bike and perform max effort sprints for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each interval.
- Make sure to adjust the resistance and seat height of the Assault Bike to your preference before starting the workout.
