  • Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
  • Minute 2: 10 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • Minute 3: 200m Run
  • Minute 4: Rest

Instructions: Complete the prescribed work within each minute and use the remainder of the minute to rest before starting the next movement. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps or distances as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
