  • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Alternate between Box Jumps and Burpees. Try to push yourself to go all out during each work interval.
