  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on Assault Bike, 10 seconds rest

- Alternate between the GHD Machine and Assault Bike for a total of 16 rounds of Tabata
- Push yourself to go all out during the 20 seconds of work
- Rest for the full 10 seconds to maximize effort in each round
