Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each of the following movements:
    1. Medicine Ball Slams
    2. Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each movement.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
