Tabata Cardio Medicine Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • Medicine Ball Slams (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)
  • Burpees (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Keep track of your total reps for each exercise.
