Tabata Cardio Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
  • Wall Balls
  • Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Wall Balls, alternating with 8 rounds of Burpees
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement
- Score is total reps completed for both movements
