AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 10 Burpees

Notes:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale the Box Jumps height as needed to maintain good form.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
