  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • 1. Slam Ball Slams
  • 2. Burpees

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Slams during the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Immediately transition to performing as many Burpees as possible during the next 20-second work interval.
- Alternate between Slam Ball Slams and Burpees for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
