Tabata Cardio Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Bench hops
    2. Burpees
    3. Mountain climbers
    4. Jumping lunges

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform each movement at max effort during the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Aim to push yourself to the limit and maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
