AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Burpees
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

- Box
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the box jumps, runs, burpees, and kettlebell swings. Make sure to pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
